Saim Ayub is a young left hander opener batter born  in Karachi (Pakistan). He is just amazing to watch. In the young age, he came into Pakistan National team with his wonderful skills with bat. Due to his attacking game approach, some cricket experts compare with the Great Sanath Jayasuriya. Earlier, Saim Ayub was a part of Karachi whites in domestic cricket. Saim Ayub being initiated into the game and very talented from the very young age because of their father and uncle played cricket at club level. He played tape ball cricket from his hometown. Saim made his t20 debut in Pakistan super league for Quetta Gladiators in February 2021. But unfortunately he did not play well and could not became the regular part of the team and was dropped next season. After two years in February 2023 Peshawar zalmi picks him in the squad in playing eleven. He hits his first PSL half century in 33 balls.

He played really well former cricketers comparing him to one of the greatest batter of Pakistan Saeed Anwar. Saim Ayub play outstanding throughout the tournament along with Babar Azam. He scored 74 off 34 which helps Peshawar Zalmi wins against Quetta Gladiator in the match 25 of the season. Saim also played blistering inning of 58 on 33 balls in the next match. 21 years old  scored 341 runs with the average of 28.41 and strike rate of 165.53 in 12 matches of the season. Saim also performs well in his team Amazon warriors helped them to win the title. He also been part of the CPL 2023.

International carrier:

As he performed in the PSL and the other leagues around the world. He picked up for national team in the second test against New Zealand in the Karachi series. First time he explores the dynamics of the dressing room. And that could a different experience for him in the national stage after the league cricket. Later in the march 2023 he selected in t20 international squad against home series against Afghanistan in UAE. He is very stylish looking batsman and has the ability to make his place in the team permanently. He makes his test debut in the third test against Australia he was out on the duck but played 33 runs in the second inning. Cricket experts views about him he is the ability to being future star of Pakistan cricket.
