New Zealand beat Pakistan by 45 runs in the 3rd t20 and lead by 3/0 in 5 matches series:

Finn Allen destroy Pakistan’s bowling line to scored 137 runs knock from 62 balls and set very high target of 225. Haris took 2 wickets. In reply Baber do some fight he scored his 3rd back to back fifty in the series. Kiwis bowler bowled well and mange to stop Pakistan batter on 179/7 in 20 overs. And won by 45 runs.

Highlights:

Shaheen’s decision of inviting to bat first goes wrong. As in farm batter Finn Allen destroy Pakistani bowling line-up with outstanding knock of 137 runs with 62 balls he faced. He hits 5 fours and 16 sixes in this inning. Haris Rauf took 2 wickets but he remains bit expensive. With outstanding batting performance kiwis set a big total of 224 runs on the board. In the chase down of the total Pakistani batter not proves impactful and this target proved to be too much for Pakistan. Babar played well and scored his 3rd fifty of the series so far. He looks in good touch.

Tim Southee show his experience and took two wickets with an excellent economy rate. Pakistan only manage to score 179/7 in 20 overs. For his superb century top order batter Finn Allen named as the player of the match award. Pakistan has now lost the series, with the loss of 3rd t20 match. The last time Pakistan beat New Zealand in t20 encounter was in April 2023. Now they travel to Christchurch for the last two t20Is with an ambition of whitewashing the series.
